We’re a kosher family of 2 parents and 2 kids, although one is just barely eating solids (and solids is an overstatement for what he’s eating!). I’m taking part in Menu Plan Monday so that I’m accountable to anyone who reads, and so that Mr. December can check on what’s for dinner 🙂
Here we go again…
Monday – Mr. December’s late day at work, so a mommy and kids playdate that includes dinner. Lentils ‘n’ onions, basmati rice, steamed baby carrots
Tuesday –Pasta with meatless sauce, caesar salad
Wednesday – Moroccan grilled chicken breast, citrus-nut couscous (my current favourite!)
Thursday –“Orez Tailandi” (rice fried with egg and soy sauce), homemade veggie spring rolls (baked), edamame
Friday – Dinner at my parents’ home. Will bake challah, though.
Saturday – Root veggie stew (frozen from last week), fresh challah buns
Sunday – Homemade pizza
